How Do I Find Out What My Proxy Server Is?

The Internet Control Panel has a Proxy Server option. To find out, just do the following steps:

  1. Take the first step.
  2. Control Panel of the kind
  3. The Control panel’s View by option should be set to Small icons.
  4. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  5. The Internet Properties window will pop up. ‘ Go to the Connections section by clicking the tab at the top of the screen.
  6. The LAN settings button may be found in the Local Area Network (LAN) section.
  7. If the Use proxy server for your LAN option check box is selected, the address and port number of the proxy server your computer uses will be shown under Proxy server.
  8. Take a closer look at the options. For HTTP and FTP, if a separate proxy server is used, that proxy server is shown here as well.
